Team building events are popular in the corporate world, but being pitted against each other in competition or digging deep emotionally can be challenging for some. The best team building events are inclusive and enjoyable to everyone regardless of age, gender and ability.
Our traditional bush dance is a great way of bringing a diverse group of people together, helping them to drop their guard and have some simple fun with music and dance. The dances are guided, so everyone can participate. We can adapt the moves for people with limited mobility. There is no doubt that workmates can start out a bit sceptical, but we are well-practiced at coaxing them into the action. Before you know it, they’ll be laughing together and having a great time.
We’d recommend any company to invite The Billy Tea Bush Band to their next staff function or team building day.
